Contract Winemaking
Michael Shaps Wineworks has offered contract winemaking services since we opened in 2008. Whether you are an independent grower or a winery with limited capacity, Wineworks has a wide range of services and capabilities. Our team works with clients around the state to craft wines unique to each. We will set up a consultation to discuss your winemaking goals and work with you to teach you the intracacies of each step in the winemaking process. We require a minimum of three barrels for contract winemaking, and can only offer this service to commercial clients.
