Hours of Operations:

11am-5pm Daily *Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s Day

We offer glasses of wines featured on our Standard and Premium tasting lists every day of the week. Bottles of all our wines are also available every day of the week.

Reservations:

Reservations are not required—we welcome walk-ins at the tasting room. However, for groups of six or more, we recommend making a reservation to ensure we can accommodate your party comfortably.

Pets:

Well-behaved dogs are welcome outdoors. All pets must remain on a leash and under control at all times. Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after your pet.

Food:

We offer cheese & charcuterie plates for purchase, and on select days, host local food trucks(check our social media for updates).

Outside food is permitted outside only—we encourage picnicking on the lawn or patio when the weather allows!

Group Visits:

For parties of eight or more, please email us in advance to coordinate your visit. Large groups may be accommodated at specific times or with a guided tasting, based on availability.

Accessibility:

We offers accessible parking and entry. If someone in your party needs special accommodations, feel free to reach out before your visit—we’re happy to assist.

Winery Etiquette:

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you:

  • Do not bring outside alcohol onto the property
  • Supervise children at all times
  • Respect our grounds, vineyards, and staff
  • Dispose of trash responsibly and be courteous to other guests

Our Bottling Services Include

We provide a complete suite of pre-bottling and bottling support, including crossflow filtration for efficient and gentle clarification, final sterile filtration to ensure microbial stability and clarity, and precise final adjustments of FSO2, O2 and CO2 to meet your desired specifications. Throughout the process, we carefully monitor dissolved oxygen levels to minimize pickup during bottling and preserve freshness and longevity. We also offer both cork and screw cap closure options to align with your brand and wine style.

At Wineworks, we utilize both traditional and modern techniques:

Méthode Champenoise (Traditional Method)

Create premium sparkling wines with complexity, elegance, and aging potential. Wines are typically aged between 12 and 36 months before disgorging.

Force Carbonation (Similar to Prosecco)

Efficient, consistent, and cost-effective production for fresh, fruit-forward sparkling wines designed for immediate consumption and broad market appeal.  Wines are typically carbonated in the winter or spring following harvest.
